This house is in a 2.000 square metre plot in the Cala En Bater area. In 2013 it was completely refurbished and has all the amenities and comfort you can imagine. It is 2 km away from San Ferran, in a quiet area amongst pine trees, with a capacity for 4 persons.
There are two en-suite bedrooms, air conditioning in all the rooms. The house is decorated in a for the island typical farmhouse style down to the last detail. A highlight is certainly the big terrace with a spectacular glass pool with views facing Es Vedrá and 2 X 2 m beds to enjoy the sunset, especially in June and July. There are also a barbecue, a sink and a fridge to be able to have lunch or dinner at the table on the terrace on top of the house. There’s a comfortable trundle bed to see tv in the saloon.
The main bedroom is en-suite including a bathtub, a 2 X 1,60m bed, a projector and a big screen to watch movies or TV (Canal Plus). There is also a toilet in an attached compartment. The house has a total of 3 restrooms. The second bedroom has a 2 X 1,40m bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a TV with Wi-Fi-connection, like in all the house. From these bedroom windows you can see Es Vedrá.
The house has a large kitchen, unique on the island, kept like an old farmhouse kitchen but with first class appliances. The countertop and the oven are made by the prestigious manufacturer Cornue. It has a Nespresso coffee maker and all kinds of kitchen equipment.
The living room is spacious, with a fireplace and TV, connecting to the porch. This living room has views of the sea and Es Vedrá in the distance. This provides a spectacular light to the house with its large windows at certain hours of the day, especially at dusk.
This property, named Ca’n Comediant I sa Gateta, also has a large area with pine trees with a bathtub and a shower. There you’ll also find a large bed to rest in the afternoon in the shadow of these centenarian trees.
Also, there are loudspeakers in all the areas of the house to listen to music and to enjoy your quiet and relaxed holidays away from the village of San Ferran but conveniently located only 2 km from it. At 1,5 km is Cala en Baster, you can get there on foot or using one of the 2 bicycles that belong to the house. At 1.200m distance there is a supermarket, close by are the restaurants Chezz Gherdi, La Tortuga and Macondo.

Se encuentra a dos km. de San Ferran, en una zona tranquila entre Pinos; capacidad para 4 personas y WIFI. Cerca tiene las playas de Migjorn, y las de Illetes se encuentran a 5 minutos con vehículo.
Una espectacular piscina de cristal con vistas al mar y a Es Vedrà, es uno de los grandes atractivos de Ca'n Comediant Formentera. Piscina única, ideal para familias y baños con amigos en una gran terraza con camas chill out, de de 2x2 metros, y poder disfrutar de la puesta de sol al atardecer (junio y julio por la posición del sol). Además, en la gran terraza donde esta esta piscina de cristal también hay una barbacoa con pila y nevera para poder cenar y comer en la mesa de esta terraza sobre la casa.

Dieses Haus steht auf einem 2000 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück in der Gegend von Cala en Baster. Es wurde im Jahr 2013 komplett renoviert und bietet jeden möglichen Komfort. Es befindet sich zwei km von San Ferran entfernt, in einer ruhigen, mit Pinien bewachsenen Gegend und hat eine Kapazität für 4 Personen.
Das Haus verfügt über 2 Suiten und hat Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Die Dekoration ist in einem für die Insel typischen Landhausstyl gehalten, bis ins letzte Detail. Es hat 3 Chill-out-Zonen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die große Terrasse mit einem spektakulären Glaspool und Blick auf Es Vedrà, mit 2 X 2 m Betten, wo man im Juni und Juli den Sonnenuntergang direkt vor Augen hat. Vorhanden ist auch ein Grill mit Spülbecken und Kühlschrank, damit Sie am Tisch auf dieser Terrasse,die sich auf dem Haus befindet, zu Mittag oder Abend essen können.
Das Hauptzimmer ist eine Suite mit Bad, einem 2 X 1,60 m Bett. In der Suite ist ein Projektor und eine große Leinwand, auf der Sie Filme und TV (Canal Plus) sehen können. Die Suite hat eine abgetrennte Toilette. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Toiletten im Haus. Das zweite Zimmer hat ein 2 X 1,40m Bett und ein Bad mit Dusche. Es hat, wie übrigens im ganzen Haus, auch WiFi - TV . Durch die Fenster in dieser Suite kann man Es Vedra sehen.
Das Haus besitzt eine große und auf der Insel einzigartige Küche, ganz wie eine alte Landhausküche, aber mit modernsten Geräten. In der Tat sind der Herd und der Ofen von der renommierten Marke La Cornue. Die Küche hat eine Nespresso-Maschine und alle Arten von Küchenutensilien. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über einen Kamin, einen Fernseher und hat direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Es Vedra in der Ferne. Die Lichtverhältnisse und die großen Fenster verleihen dem Haus eine wunderschöne, natürliche Beleuchtung zu bestimmten Tageszeiten, vor allem in der Dämmerung.
Zu diesem Anwesen, genannt Ca ́n Comediant i sa Gateta, gehört auch ein mit Pinien bewachsenes, großes Gelände, auf dem sich eine Badewanne und eine Dusche befinden. Dort gibt es auch ein großes Bett, wo Sie sich am Nachmittag im Schatten dieser jahrhunderte alten Bäume ausspannen können.
Darüber hinaus hat Ca ́n Comedian Lautsprecher in allen Bereichen, um Musik zu hören und einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub zu genießen, abseits der Stadt Sant Ferran, aber doch nur bequeme 2 km entfernt. Cala en Baster liegt 1,5 km entfernt und kann zu Fuß oder auch mit einem der beiden Fahrräder im Haus erreicht werden. 1200 Metern entfernt gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. In der Nähe befinden sich die Restaurants Chezz Gherdi, La Tortuga y Macondo.
